One of the key challenges was coordinating communication with all 500 candidates simultaneously, while ensuring that all assessment and selection processes were completed within a tight and non-negotiable deadline.

Tharwah designed a comprehensive assessment center that incorporated the SAVILLE psychometric tool, in addition to implementing Competency-Based Interviews (CBI), case studies, and role-play exercises. This integrated methodology enabled a holistic evaluation of candidate competencies and potential, ensuring the selection of individuals best suited for development and recruitment.
Outcome
Tharwah supported the HR team of the Ministry by providing a real-time analytical dashboard and guided them through the final recommendations, which facilitated the selection of the most highly qualified candidates.
