The engagement required reviewing existing practices, identifying gaps, developing improvement plans, and ensuring full alignment with DGA standards to support the entity's strategic digital goals.

- Classified practices into four categories:
- Fully compliant practices
- Partially or non-compliant practices requiring improvement plans
- Practices requiring transformation to achieve compliance
- Missing practices requiring development and implementation
- Developed and executed improvement plans to enhance alignment with DGA standards
- Supported the entity in building new digital practices where gaps were identified
- Monitored ongoing progress to ensure continuous improvement and readiness for assessment
